Delete account

Account deletion is under Settings, on the Profile tab, in the Danger zone block ("Deleting your account pauses campaigns immediately and erases all data in 30 days."). Click Delete account to go to the confirmation screen. It's a serious action; read before confirming.

What happens immediately

On the confirmation screen, the notice "On confirming, right away:" lists:

• "your access is blocked and every session is ended;"
• "your campaigns are paused (they stop serving at once)."

And after 30 days

In 30 days your domains are disconnected and all data (campaigns, pages, metrics) is erased for good. Within that window, support can still reverse the deletion.

This window works as a safety period: if the deletion was a mistake or you changed your mind within it, contact support before the purge happens. After the 30 days, the data cannot be recovered.

How to confirm

To finish, fill in:

• Current password: your login password;
• in the field Type EXCLUIR to confirm, type exactly the word EXCLUIR, in uppercase. This is the literal Portuguese word for "delete", and the form requires it exactly as-is in every interface language; typing "DELETE" or any other translation will not work.

Click Delete my account to confirm, or Back to back out without changing anything.

Common issues

• My password is rejected even though it's correct. The confirmation screen currently shows this error in Portuguese ("Senha atual incorreta.") regardless of your interface language; it means "current password is incorrect." Double-check what you typed in Current password.
• "Type EXCLUIR to confirm." The confirmation field only accepts the word EXCLUIR exactly as shown: uppercase, with no extra spaces. Typing anything else (including a translation like "DELETE") is not accepted.
• "Administrative accounts cannot be deleted from the interface." Accounts with administrative privileges can't self-delete from here; contact support.
